Online or in person Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. Sessions are 50 minutes long. We start with a joint session, then individual sessions to understand the issues from each of your perspectives, returning together on the fourth session to make a therapeutic plan centred around your shared goals. After that we can either meet weekly or fortnightly to work towards these goals together.
For individuals with a range of issues related to parenthood. Depending on your preferences, I can use and integrate various therapies including eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and compassion-focused therapy (CFT). I believe that feeling safe and understood is key to getting the most from therapy, so I create a compassionate and non-judgemental space for you to talk through your difficulties, and I will work together with you towards your desired goals. Sessions last 50 minutes, can be weekly, fortnightly or less frequent, and can be online or in person (Clapham). I accept insurance including Bupa, AXA and various others.
